Ciro Discepolo
Ciro Discepolo is an Italian astrologer and the author of Transits and Solar Returns, originator of the Active Astrology / Aimed Solar Returns methodology.
Codified the most precise modern orb system for SR-transit scoring (≤ 2° for outers, ≤ 3° for others, ≤ 1° to angles). His Rule 22 — that within the year the SR sky outweighs natal-with-transits — is contested but widely cited. Heavy influence on Electional's Pass 6 SR-transit scoring.
