Where the meanings come from
The positions are astronomy. The meanings are traditional astrology, transcribed from a working bibliography and matched to your chart by rule — sign and house, but also the layers most software skips: sect, essential dignity, whether an aspect is applying or separating, whether a planet is combust or cazimi, and which houses it rules. Every entry carries the chart fact it was matched to.
On the Vedic side, each formation names its classical source — chapter and verse — rather than asserting it.
A language model never picks a placement or a meaning here. It is used once, at the end, to write the through-line over interpretations that were already chosen and already sourced. If what it writes is not anchored in your chart, it is thrown away rather than shown to you.

Natal reading questions
Is this just AI writing horoscopes?
No. Every interpretation is written in advance and matched to your chart by rule — each one carries the chart fact that selected it, so you can check any line against your own placements. A language model is used once, at the end, to write the through-line connecting them. If that writing makes a claim your chart does not support, it is rejected rather than shown. It cannot invent a planet, a sign, or an aspect, because it is never the thing choosing them.
Will it just tell me things that could apply to anyone?
That is the failure mode the product is built against. Every line names the specific placement, aspect and orb behind it, and the full reading interprets every aspect in your chart rather than the two or three loudest. Where two traditions disagree about you, it says so instead of picking the nicer answer. It also does not write you a paragraph about Neptune in your Sun sign's decan or Pluto in its sign — those are shared by everyone born across a decade or more, so they are read where they actually tell you something: by aspect, by house, and by how close they sit to an angle.
Do I need an exact birth time?
Yes. The rising sign, houses, and the three-frame house comparison all depend on the minute of birth. A birth certificate or hospital record is the best source.
What counts as a ranked contact?
A square, an opposition, or a conjunction with Saturn, Mars, an outer planet, Chiron, or Lilith, within 6 degrees. Conjunctions are fusions (two functions as one), not hard by geometry — character comes from the bodies. Tighter orbs and personal points rank higher among those ranked contacts. The complete major-aspect inventory on the full reading also lists soft aspects out to 8 degrees.
What does the full reading add?
Every ranked contact with its pair-specific reading, the full aspect inventory, growth levers with practices, the Vedic lens with both traditions side by side, the Placidus, Koch, and whole-sign house table, midpoints, and a grounded narrative, saved to your account and shareable. Is the child reading a verdict on who my child is?
No. It describes tendencies the chart traditionally points to and how to support them. Nothing in it is clinical guidance, and it keeps adult domains out of a child's reading.
