CORE CONCEPT
Moon Void of Course
The Moon is void of course when it makes no further applying Ptolemaic aspect to another planet before leaving its current sign.
Traditional electional rule: avoid initiating action during a void Moon — outcomes 'fail to come to pass.' Voids typically last from minutes to a day. Electional treats a truly void Moon as a hard cap for building or steadying goals, a lesser cap for revealing goals, and a lighter penalty for release work.
